Meursault, Puligny Montrachet and Chassagne Montrachet, Bourgognes famed Golden Triangle is to be found in the Cote de Beaune. For lovers of whites but also reds as we mustn’t forget the equally famous villages of Pommard and Volnay. Be prepared to discover some of the lesser known villages though – Saint Aubain, Auxey Duresses and Santenay are gems waiting to be discovered, just like their more distinguished neighbours.

The Route des Grands Crus needs no introduction, with the outstanding vineyards scattered though out this region, the fame of Bourgogne has spread far and wide. Clos de Vougeot, Romanée Conti, Chambertin, Clos de Beze, Ecezeaux, just some of the 24 Grand Cru vineyards in 20kms of vines. This is Pinot Noir heaven, come and explore it along with their modest neighbours (with more moderately priced wines)

The natural extension of the Cote de Beaune, the Cote Chalonnaise is waiting for it’s recognition. Five wine producing villages and also the birth of the Crémant industry in Burgundy.
